Robert Meili provides expert advice on all tax-related matters. His areas of expertise include tax optimisation and long-term tax planning, double taxation agreements, the Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI), and the disclosure of previously undeclared income and assets. He also advises clients on a wide range of social security matters.
His areas of practice also include retirement planning for clients aged 40 and over, support with the purchase and sale of real estate, and advice on inheritance and estate planning. This includes inheritance disputes, estate administration and distribution, as well as acting as an executor of wills.

Anna Gromek, M.A., Deputy CEO
Anna Gromek supports individuals and businesses with all fiduciary and accounting matters, from company formation through to the preparation of annual financial statements. Her areas of expertise include payroll services, VAT, financial accounting, payroll accounting, accounts receivable management, as well as the preparation of annual accounts and tax returns.
Another area of expertise is representing EU companies that post employees to Switzerland, including all related administrative and social security matters. In addition, Anna Gromek advises clients on financial and liquidity planning and explains annual financial statements in a clear, practical, and easy-to-understand manner.
She also trains individuals who wish to manage the accounting of a small business themselves and provides targeted support with the preparation of annual financial statements.
Anna Gromek studied International Relations at the University of Wrocław and is a Swiss Certified Fiduciary (Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education).

Olesea Pogolsa Rial, MLaw, B.A.M. UNED
Olesea Pogolsa Rial advises private individuals on all tax-related matters. Her areas of expertise include tax returns in all Swiss cantons, property-related tax issues such as renovations, deductible continuing education expenses, the taxation of unmarried couples living together, and international tax allocations. She reviews tax assessments and decisions, responds to requests from the tax authorities, and handles objections and appeals whenever required.
She studied Law at the National University of Moldova in Chișinău and later worked as a public prosecutor. In Switzerland, she completed further training as a tax specialist and is currently preparing for the professional qualification as a certified tax expert.
